About our products

Our items are genuine antiques and, as such, each is one of a kind. Photographs, colours and measurements are provided as accurately as possible but are approximate; minor variation and age-appropriate wear are normal and are described to the best of our knowledge. Pieces are offered in their existing condition.

Prices and enquiries

Prices are provided on enquiry. Information on this site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A sale is only confirmed once we have agreed the item, price and terms with you directly and received payment as arranged.

Payment

Payment is handled directly with us after your enquiry. We do not process or store card payments on this website.

Shipping, export and customs

We pack and ship carefully, within Nepal and internationally. Shipping costs and timelines are confirmed before purchase. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that import of the item is permitted in their country.

Returns

Because antiques are unique and sold as described, please review all details and ask any questions before purchasing. If you have a concern about a piece you have received, contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.
